County Development Programme 2026

Last week, we held our first of this year’s County Development Camp, as part of the Swim England County Development Programme. 

This is the first step on the Swim England Talent Pathway, which is implemented and delivered by Lincolnshire ASA. The programme is available to invited Lincolnshire swimmers who are aged 12 by December 2026. 

The first camp was a great day full of skill development, land training and classroom-based learning. Congratulations to those swimmers who qualified for this year's programme, we hope you enjoyed it.
